Enhanced Barrier Precautions (EBP)
In the nursing home setting, preventing the spread of infections is critical to protecting the health of residents and staff. Our interactive course on enhanced barrier precautions is designed to prepare healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to implement effective infection control measures. This course focuses on the latest guidelines and best practices for barrier precautions. Key components of the course include understand the specific measures that go beyond standard precautions, designed to prevent the transmission of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs) through interactive real-world scenarios.   4. Develop strategies to encourage adherence to enhanced barrier precautions among all staff members.
