Why should I participate in this program?
Your organization decided to take a stand against cold and flu. Situational learning leads to behavior change and helps you stay healthy year round!
How long will it take to have my program
ready to use?
We have our standard template back to work program ready to go within a week of processing the order. In general, we can customize content within a couple of weeks. For example, we can make our simulated scenarios look like your specific workplace environment!
What browsers and devices does your program work on?
Our programs are designed for cross platform usage and will work on desktops,
phones and tablets.
Do you offer tracking
of my users?
Yes. The best wayto measure the success of the program is by tracking your users. The employer will receive access to a company admin panel that shows employee progress through the program.
Where is my
company code?
You should’ve been provided a code by your program coordinator. If you cannot find this code, please reach out to the supervisor that sent you the program or send an inquiry to: info@vivenhealth.com.
Do I have to be in
full-screen mode?
Yes, currently you must be in
full-screen to see the full program. If you are not in full-screen you will not be able to complete the program.
How do I know what action to take next?
If you are in a room within the program and are confused about where to go next, look around for the moving or flashing object. This will tell you your next move. You may also click to go back to the map or use the yellow arrows within the avatar text boxes.
Are you collecting personal information
from my employees?
Though we may need user emails for log in purposes, we do not distribute email addresses, and we do not collect any other personal information.
