Dan Sescleifer spent 29 years in increasing levels of Finance responsibilities with the Ralston Purina family of independent companies (Ralston, Ralcorp, Energizer), the last 15 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Energizer Holdings, Inc. In addition to responsibilities of the CFO function at Energizer, Dan also led M&A and other strategic projects that directly impacted Energizer’s value.
During Dan’s 15 year tenure as CFO at Energizer, the company’s equity value grew from $2.0 billion to $8.4 billion and the share price had a 15 year CAGR of 15%.
