How does this help with compliance?
Our training modules are aligned with CMS, OSHA, and other state-mandated requirements. Completion records, participation logs, and certificates are automatically generated to support survey readiness and internal compliance reviews.
How long will it take to have my program ready to use?
We have our standard template back to work program ready to go within a week of processing the order. In general, we can customize content within a couple of weeks. For example, we can make our simulated scenarios look like your specific workplace environment!
Can we assign different programs to different roles?
Yes. Whether it’s nursing staff, dietary, administration, or custodial — you can assign role-specific courses. Your admin dashboard lets you track individual progress and completion by department or user.
How fast can we get started?
Most facilities are live within 3–5 business days. We offer rapid deployment using our standard templates, and full customization (branding, scenarios, LMS integration) is available upon request.
What kind of tracking and reports are included?
Your administrative portal includes dashboards for real-time completion tracking, downloadable reports for compliance audits, and alerts for overdue or incomplete training.
Is the program customizable?
Yes. We can adapt everything from the visuals and tone to your exact policies, procedures, or survey citations. Facilities often work with us to add specific scenarios, decision-making branches, or high-risk cases unique to their residents.
Will it work on phones and tablets?
Absolutely. Our platform is optimized for desktops, tablets, and smartphones. No app downloads are required — just a web browser and a secure link.
Can this be used across multiple facilities?
Yes. Multi-site organizations can manage all facilities from one admin dashboard, with the option to separate data by location or region.
Do you offer support?
Yes. Every client receives onboarding support and access to live help via email or chat. We also offer walkthroughs for admins and optional booster training for staff who need extra help.
