Linda DeStefano
Nurse Practitioner
Linda DeStefano, DNP, CCRN, PCCN, FCCM is a Doctorate-prepared, board certified acute care nurse practitioner with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring nurses, both clinically and through the national certification process. She has over 30 years of acute care nursing experience, with extensive practice in Critical Care Medicine. In 2003, she was honored to receive the prestigious designation of Fellow in the American College of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. DeStefano has now transitioned to an Acute Care Hospitalist role, managing a wide variety of adult patients throughout the continuum of care to time of discharge in a large teaching Medical Center. Dr. DeStefano has presented both locally and nationally on diverse clinical topics. She has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Nursing and as a preceptor for graduate students at UCLA, California State University Long Beach, and other universities. She is a past President and currently Director at large for the American Association of Critical Care Nurses local chapter.
